The service advisor Jesus was very nice approachable and respectful. My problem with the service today was the dishonesty of the condition of my brake fluid and cabin filter. Jesus told me the mechanic documented that my brake fluid was dirty and my cabin filter needed replacement. I found it interesting because approximately two weeks ago I had all of my brakes repaired from a mechanic who works at a dealer and he also flushed my brake fluid. I also replaced the cabin filter after he replace my brakes and flushed my brake fluid. I relayed this to Jesus and when I saw Jesus the color of my brake fluid I seemed surprised but Try to explain to me that maybe the dirt in the lines mixed with the new brake fluid and a mechanic thought it was dirty. It was obvious he was covering for the mechanic. I’m not upset Jesus because I would expect a service advisor to back up the mechanics however it was very dishonest of the mechanic and I will not be bringing my vehicle for anything and we’re Canyon Honda again.
