Joshua was great throughout the entire process. He was personable and worked with me as I wanted to reduce my cost. Certain items were removed from the billing as I was going to replace them myself(ie..cabin air filter). Discounts for specific services were applied and additional discounts from loyalty emails that I received were added and approved by management.
