Joshua is wonderful. I had asked an employee that gave me my key if I could keep my car parked next to the service office and pick it up at 6:30am when I had my son with me who works at 7am. He said yes but should have directed me to a different spot. We were blocked in until 7am. Just a bit of miscommunication but he was knowledgeable mechanically and very kind. The workers I asked to let me out were a bit rude andcapathetic when we were on a tight timeline.
