My vehicle was never examined for the noises and problems I mentioned to Paul. All he did was drive my truck to “diagnose” it instead of putting up and having the techs have a look at it. As soon as I left I heard the same noises that I mentioned to him. Not to mention he “diagnosed” it, I mean drive it at the end of the day so I was forced to get my truck without it being looked at by a tech.
