Well wasn't asked to rate just a yes or no answer to my service satisfaction. I couldnt have been any more happier. They took me in with less then an hour to go to change the battery that just died. I asked if they could look at the slow leak in my right hand tire and Marc took care of that for me also. If I lived closer I would do all my service there. Marc was great and seemed all the customers knew him. Mentioned him to my sister who hasnt had a car in 6 years and she remembered how great he was back then.

Paul Gonzalez did a good of handing my situation and concern about the parts that did not arrive the day I took my Honda Element for a recall.
