Generally, things were fine, particularly during the interaction with Frontline service rep. Outside of an empty aerosol cannister being left in my car after the AC service, the main issue is my visit again verified the finance head I dealt with during the original vehicle purchase, lied to me about the Sentinel service contract he convinced me to add onto my purchase. Every time I go in for an oil change, service personnel refute his answers to the questions I posed the finance guy before deciding to get the service contract. Every time I go in for regular service, I am reminded of his direct lie to me.
