I love this place and that's why I keep coming back. However, I was a little disappointed today about how long it took for them to change two tires for me. I waited almost 5 hours...other than that everything else went well.

Online appointment process can be improved. I went online,using the chat feature to set an appointment for 11:30 am on 1/13/2023. The chat said that a service specialist will contact me to confirm the appointment. I never received a call or an email to confirm my appointment. I called this morning and was told that there is no appointment set up for me.
