I had an appointment for an express oil change service. It took nearly 20 min for anyone to check me in, and 2 hours to get an oils change.
If that’s the service that appointments get, fewer appointments should be made at the same time. If that delay was due to non-appointments, then what’s the point of making an appointment? Appointment customers should be serviced first. That’s the reason to make appointments. Disappointing that an oil change required 2 1/2 hours of my day. I could have gone to a drive through and been done in 1/3 of the time for the same price. Not a great experience. Hoping next time will be better.
