When I called for the appt. @11, I was told 1 hr. At 12:28 i asked about my car and was told 15 to 20 more mins. I said I had to go. In 15 mins, Moises came and said 15 to 20 more and I said no. I need to leave you all said 1 hr. Then he said he told me 1.5 - 2. I never heard it or I'd have left because I was told 1 hr and had other engagements. Its 1250pm. Almost 2 hrs so I asked the men why it isnt done IF he said 1.5-2 why is it not done? They said they needed a Master mechanic but I said that you knew my recall and had an appt so why does it take 2 hrs for a 6min YouTube video. The mgr asked if he could get the Master Mech on it and I said if you can do it in 10mins fine. He did. Dont schedule more than you can handle. Keep to appts and dont lie about time. I understand things happen but a sticker change in 6 mins is not so crazy that it needs 2 HOURS!!! when you say 1!
