I was told earlier this week that parts for my vehicle were arriving on Thursday, so we made arrangements to come in first thing Friday morning. I dropped off my vehicle around 7:45 and left it for the day. Around 5:00 I called to check on progress and to confirm pick up. I learned that the parts had not been installed yet because they were trying to find a new sound I advised about upon drop off. The staff asked that I leave the vehicle overnight, which I did. I picked my car up today and only when reading the summary of work done, did I see that one of the original parts hadn’t even arrived and was not installed, which meant I had to come back. The whole plan was to have all work done at the same time as it was non-urgent and would limit the time without my vehicle. Now I have to make arrangements a second time to be without a vehicle (which is not simple with two kids and work). While not the fault of Weir Canyon, this has already been an annoying situation as I’ve only had this 2023 car one month.
