Five Star Service:
I brought my 2002 Honda Accord in to be checked out for a rough grinding noise from the front brakes - thinking I needed brakes.
Ernie Guzman assisted me and understood my concern and expedited a brake inspection. Ernie had a answer for me in 30 mins. and explained that all four brakes were good, and that the sound was do to surface rust on the front rotors and pads and the techs performed a Multi Point Vehicle Inspection and Ernie went over the checklist and made recommendations to consider. I'm very happy with the Excellent service I received from Ernie Guzman and the Weir Canyon Honda Service Dept. Thank you.

Glad that the leak was fixed now but still surprised and a little upset it couldn’t be figured out the last few times it was in. The price to fix also seemed much higher than other places. I would have appreciated a discount given my loyalty and the seemingly excess cost. These are not Marc’s issues but maybe would have been nice to pass it by the manager to see if we could do it for a little less given the situation.
