Car went in for warranty service. While the work was done properly, the communication and length of time it took for the service. The service took three weeks to complete. I had to call to get status updates. I told my service advisor that the number they were calling and sending texts to was wrong and gave him new number. He still kept sending texts to old number. I understand that the work was done during the holidays, but there was no sense of urgency.
I have purchased two new cars from weir canyon and am looking to purchase another for my daughter. Service is a big part of my decision, and this is making me rethink where I purchase a car.
