Service was excellent. I was surprised with the rear brakes being at zero, as we service this Civic regularly at Weir Canyon Honda. No surprises should happen.

I appreciate that the issue was found and repaired, but the service took very long. I understand that some part of it was not in control in terms of getting the part in a timely fashion. But even after the part was received it took much longer than expected. And only seemed to get completed whenever we called to follow up on the progress.

Many of your diagnostic suggestions and critical items were quickly proven false with a quick inspection by another mechanic and a battery reader. I was told my battery was failing and critical and only operating at 33CCA. I would not have been able to drive my vehicle in for service nor drive my vehicle home from service if that was the case. I took it over to an autoshop for a quick free reading and confirmed my battery just needed charging. I had not been driving the car as often, so that would explain that. I was also told my valve cover gasket was leaking. It was not. The fluid and debris adhesion was from oil drips while topping off oil, probably at your service department. The back of the valve cover was clean and no fluid was shown anywhere around the gasket. All this leads me to believe my ball joints have a good chance of not being "blown" as your service department claimed. I'm disappointed and was warned that Weir Canyon scammed customers for unnecessary service after warranty was over on their cars, today proved that claim correct. I was also charged over $380 for a simple oil change, coolant change, and tire rotation, that is completely egregious. I have no intention of returning to Weir Canyon Honda and would not recommend your Service department.
