My vehicle received a software update today, but the Idling Stop System still doesn’t work. I am thinking I need to make an appointment again tomorrow.

The young gentleman who was in training and helped me did an excellent job. He kept apologizing for the length of time that it was taking but he did not need to do that. That was thoughtful of him, but he also notified me that he was in training, and I understood. I’m sure next time I come in, he will do an excellent job again as well. I was pleased with his service, and the respect that he gave me for the additional time I had to wait while he was training.
