When I came to pay and he showed me the invoice I asked him one question.
"What is E67969, $42.35?" since invoice is not clear of what "E67969" $42.35 charge is? He kept giving different answers what the charge was and getting irritable ... I felt like he was dishonest therefore felt dealership there was dishonest. I went home and spent alot of time investigating the invoice and still there is no clear explanation of what that charge was for...
