The advisor was very aggressive in pressuring me to do the break fluid service which is not yet due even the service minder showed it. I already explained to him that it was serviced only about two years ago, but he insisted and showed some very bad attitude to me. He also made a personal offer to buy my car for $5,000. I declined it, and he was very unhappy. He consistently ignored my questions/requests by not responding. I asked him twice not to rotate my tires because I just replaced two new rear tires, but my tires were rotated anyway. This advisor is one of the worst I had ever met, and I hope I will not have to use his service again in the future. Thank you for giving me a chance to express my opinion.
