Bruce is, indeed, EXCELLENT. He’s friendly and attentive to customer requests and questions. His manner is calm and positive, and he knows how to explain things clearly to customers who may not have a deep background in car maintenance and repair. He knows what to do for the customer, and he makes sure it gets done. It’s clear that EXCELLENCE is his focus.
