Service advisor is not honest. Added wheel alignment service without asking my initial approval. Did not provide wheel alignment report after several requests. I was going to do oil/filter change only but the bill came out at $552.94 with extra work such as “micron and engine air filter $139.95” and “AC system refresh and deodorizer $169.95”. Advisor said the AC would smell fresh after the service. Till now, 4.5 days later, AC still smell annoying chemical (detergent?) coming out and make my family members feel ill. This service visit leave me a bad taste.

It was great for the most part. I went to get a new key because it got lost and they said they had placed the key in my car but it wasn’t there and I thought I was crazy for a minute, then I went in to ask about it and they still had the key. Harmless mistake, I just got really worried for a minute.
