Joshua is great. He’s the only reason I’m satisfied especially due to the fact that I was waiting 15 mins in the heat outside while the person who showed up 5 mins after me was helped first b cuz she simply went inside vs me staying where the workers asked me to. All the workers were nice and respectful and apologetic.
