Mike Stephenson did an excellent job.
My issue with the WCH Service Department is the lapse in your traditional service levels as you do more tasks via computer. The car service experience was much quicker and more pleasant when humans answered the phone and coordinated the efforts. Yesterday I waited an extra hour because Mike didn’t know I was waiting. I believe there used to be a coordinator who was aware of who was in the waiting area, etc. I’ve been a customer since 1989 and the decline in service is post-COVID.
