I asked repeatedly how much it would cost and swore it was 115 and sure e enough the paperwork from the morning said 115 and yet the bill was 145. There is no consistency from anyone about how much it will cost or what was ever wrong with the vehicle. And on top of that I asked 2-3 times to make sure to remove the battery from my car and what do I find when I get to the grocery store in the back trunk, a car battery untouched that I asked to remove. I don’t know what is happening but it’s incredibly frustrating that I have had to visit over 5 times for this same issue and barely have had it resolved. I am just disappointed in the work that has happened and it was not like this a few years ago.

It took an hour to let me know that I have to change my tires because of nails on the side of both front tires. I came back after driving 170 miles as the sensor light went on. According to the person who attended to me, he said that when I changed my tires they forgot to calibrate it.
