I came in to diagnose a check engine light. Paid $150 for diagnosis. Then, I was given an estimate for over $800 for 2 oil pressure switches that cost 150$ for parts. I was told the labor would take 2-3 hrs. When I did a quick internet search, a YouTube video showed the fix takes about 15-20 mins. A friend came over and did it for us so easily. The amount estimated was disheartening. Hard to put my trust in a company that is maximizing profit over reasonable customer service.

I Made an appointment. I was told it would be a 1 hour 1/2 to 1 hour 45 minute wait. It was almost 3 hours??
The people who helped me were all wonderful. But I was not a walk in and basically I was getting a tune up.
That is really inefficient. If I had known it would take that long, I would have asked for a ride home, but I didn’t want to trouble anyone.
