I felt like there could have been better communication from the dealership as to whether or not the repair was going to be covered by Honda. I had to ask multiple times for confirmation. Otherwise, service was great

I had difficulty even from when I tried to make the appointment. Left multiple voicemails in the service department and never received any return calls. Jesus,who was supposed to call me when the basic maintenance done and if they were able to do the break job today, never called me. When I tried to call, I could not reach him or any other human being. So we drove out and found my car parked. The maintenance was done but I did not receive the phone call. I decided to take my car to another Honda service for the break job
