Joshua provided excellent customer service and made the customers feel like they were getting VIP service. I usually go to another dealership, but will be coming back because of the first impression I got from the advisor.

The ONLY issue I believe I have is to get a hold of a live person. This Honda location has a HORRIBLE automated phone service and is the worst I Have ever experienced. Along with the issue of not being able to to connect to a live person, not once was my phone call message was returned. Tried 3 times. Left 3 messages and still no response back!
