Marc was my service advisor and he delivered outstanding service to my son’s 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid. Marc kept me updated on the car’s issue from when the technicians were taking it in to needing a bit more time to diagnose the issue, to informing me by text that the main battery needed to be replaced before the technician can continue the diagnosis. Once I approved the battery replacement, they continued the diagnosis leading to a replacement of the IMA inverter that was covered under warranty. They ordered the part, replaced it and now my son has his car back…no more Christmas lights on the dashboard, and the only thing I paid for was a new Honda battery. As a bonus, IMO, they performed an inspection of the car so now we know what to expect next. Before contacting Weir Honda, I read the reviews and all but one was not positive. In my case, Marc took care of us and I’m a happy and satisfied customer. Thanks Marc, thanks Team Weir Canyon Honda!!!

When I arrived for my scheduled smog check, the service clerk who handled my intake couldn’t even tell me the price for a standard smog check. Then, three inquiries later, he quotes a price that made my jaw drop: $178. After a quick Google search for the average cost for this very basic service yielded results averaging between $30 and $60, I asked the intake clerk why Honda charges 3 times the average to which he again responded, “I don’t know.” Finally, Jesus stopped by to offer me a $3 discount explaining, “It’s breen the same price for the past 3 years.” I found his explanation quit curious since I’ve never paid over $80 and I’ve been a loyal customer for the last four years. Overall, terrible service. I left immediately and took my business to a competitor who had their rates posted: $56.
