The service and timing was really good and as a customer I appreciate that however when trying to get a hold of the service department to find out how much everything would cost or if there were any cost I called the center 10 times and never received a answer or call back.

I was very pleased with his service and looked for him to assist me on 03/24/25 for "Routine Oil/Filter Service and Routine Inspection." I was very happy when Joshua greeted me as I entered the Service Dept., pleased that he would be overseeing the maintenance of my vehicle, thoroughly updating me re: "Maintenance Required," and applying the most applicable Discount for the immediate Service that was provided. I am so pleased with Weir Canyon Honda. I am switching all future care of my Honda Crosstour to this location!

No one available for check in despite having an appointment. Took at least 15 minutes for someone to show up. No answer from anyone on the phone. Chose service option- no answer - sent to operator- again no answer. Sent to voice mail. This happened twice today. On my last visit I had similar problems with lack of personnel. My car runs fine- mechanically works seems to be good but customer needs more service.
