Service was disgustingly. I brought my car early in time for my appointment. Service coordinator told me the job would be done by 1:00 pm but when I called at about 4:00 pm I was told that they haven’t started with my car yet. When asked why, no satisfactory explanation was given. I expected that I would be first because I came in early. But obviously they took care of customers who came in later. Obviously you don’t practice the first come first served policy anymore.
