We were charged for more than the receptionist told us the appropriate cost for B 16 would be ( $20+ $134) for rotating tires and replacing the fluid in the rear differentiall (not sure what that is or means.) We wound up paying more than $100 over the phone estimate. My husband did not hear of any additional service needed. We called Jesus Avalos when my husband returned home, no answer, we left a message, asking for a return call.
