I scheduled an appointment for 11:15, i got there at 10:50 and I was told that it would be a 2hr wait. Since this was so long I asked for a courtesy vehicle. When i got back at 2pm I was then told this would take another 2hrs. This is ridiculous seeing as I made an appointment. My car was not ready till 4:30 pm, this is a total of 5 hours for a simple oil change. This was extremely frustrating and an inconvenience, especially since I took the the time to make an appointment to avoid a wait. The only thing that helped was Madeline Martinez, she was apologetic and kind.
