I had an appointment at 10:30 AM for an oil change. It took 3 hours and they never rotated the tires. They lied about the car being washed(it wasn’t) and I had to send it back to be washed. I left at 2:30 PM.
I have been a customer for over 25 years. I am very disappointed in Acura.
Maddie was very nice and this was not her fault.
Wondering if I need to find another dealership to get my service done?
