Requested I’m the morning to please reset radio code but work was not performed by mechanic. When car was picked up on afternoon David tried to reset it, gave me radio codes but didn’t work.
All could of been avoided if David would of done his die folio originally and noted for mechanic to look into resetting radio early in the Moro when informed. Request to reset radio was not listed on work order form.
Please advise how Acura dealer can help on this matter to please reset radio. Thank you ????
