My work manager was very polite and I appreciate him looking up any coupons that could help lower my bill a bit. I was also pleased that your service department did not try to find a whole bunch of things wrong to increase my bill. I’ve been very happy with your service and Billing the last two visits.
I also wanted to thank Miguel Villegas your service department manager I think. I stopped in to ask him how to get my car to downshift correctly and I also asked him about a hesitation my car has when I step on the gas. I found Miguel very helpful and extremely knowledgeable in the function of my Acura MDX. I was impressed with how well he knew the mechanics of my car and could explain to me in clearer language what was happening.
