The Complimentary car wash was a joke! Finger prints on window, leaves still inside on floor. 95.00 for an oil change and I would expect perfect service. What exactly did I pay for? Hour and a half to do oil change! I was looking forward to a clean car. It wasn’t dirty but dust. I can see water marks all over.

Acura service was not open on Saturday. When I called hope your operator would have mentioned it so I could have made arrangements to come during weekdays. Also I stood there for over 10 minutes waiting for tech for pick up the car. No response received as they were chatting and goofing around with co workers. Checkout person didn't know what service i had done. He didn't look through my work order. I will not come to Honda. Prefer Acura service center. Also no car wash for Acura. Not happy at all.

Very pleased with service and with my service person. Thank you to him for being so attentive. I also love that my car was rinsed off.

I was happy with the service in The service department very friendly and dependable. My car finish before I knew it. The car wash they didn’t vacuum the car and didn’t even wash the front window. It was worse than when I brought it in. The service department was great.
