Argenis Hernandez was super helpful and very polite. Considering he is somewhat new there, it was very nice how polite he was. A lot of the younger employees these days are very disrespectful and he was not. Looking forward to having him be my service representative in the future, if needed.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I arrived without an appointment to have my battery checked after having AAA jump start it. And, it was time to have car serviced. I didn’t have to wait to get things started. When my Uber driver failed to show up, the curb assistant, drove me home. Car was ready for pick up in a very timely manner; Positive way to end a horrible afternoon of a dead battery

When I arrived, I was told the B1 service would take 1 hour. At 1.5 hours I heard nothing and went to check the status. Was told it would be 10 more minutes. Just shy of 2 hours and still no car. I again checked back and Brian told me it would be a few more minutes and apologized for the wait and apologized again when I told him that the other Service Advisor told me it would be approx 1 hour. Seems simple that if the time estimate is that far off and I had an appointment, then my initial Service Advisor should at least take 2 minutes to go to the waiting room and advise me that it will take twice as long as estimated and apologize for the inconvenience. I was told someone came in needing their tire plugged. Which is unfortunate for them, but I had an appointment and my B1 was not a free service. Also, there were no issues found with my car, so that obviously was not the reason for the excessive wait time.
