The only feedback I have is that I had to call 5 times within an hour to try to reach someone to let them know my car was going to be towed in. I got hung up on 3 times by a computer and once I was transferred and got hung up on again. Only when I finally reached someone under the service appt line did someone answered me.

Brought my car in for 30k service and two days later fuel injectors go out and you’ve had my car for a month. Picked it up today and drove two blocks when engine light goes on. Brought it back and catalytic converter is out and need to special order the part! Luckily it is all under warranty and I was given a rental but it is beyond frustrating! The car is 3 yrs old!! Not feeling very confident about the car right now.
On the upside, Louie has been nice and as helpful as he can be.
