Was really great to me. Showed me and explained everything to me in a way to have me understand. How important this was. Although Paul was very polite he failed to explain if there were any things I would need to do or not to do to maintain the protection of the protectant that was applied to my interior and or paint. Such as don't shampoo interior or is it okay to do so. Can I wax my car or will that affect the protect. Is there a warranty? These are all questions that I feel would have needed to be proactively given to be completely satisfied just saying
