On Monday and this morning
I took my cars for service. I got the call when my car was ready. When I arrived BOTH TIMES!!! I had to wait 15-20 minutes cause my car was blocked in!!’Unacceptable , Time wasted. If my car is ready then It should get moved out and available to be picked up

Today was my first time coming to Norm Reeves Hyundai. I came from another dealership which was Southbay Hyundai in Torrance where I was treated horribly on multiple occasions!
