My stepdad brought my Elantra in this morning with a front tire with a slow leak. Paul told him the tire was fine and there was a rim problem. I was generally satisfied with services provided by Mariela Valdez. She was very kind and responsive to my concerns. One area I was very disappointed was the miscommunication about the parts received. She asked me to schedule an appointment as two parts ordered were received. However, only one part was received and I have to visit the dealer one more time to resolve the second issue. I am living 30 miles away. So I would recommend the dealership check the accuracy of parts received to avoid any inconvenience. Thanks.
