Cheyne was nice and customer-oriented. But about the seatback loose issue, he ordered new parts and mentioned about the 'estimates' that I don't quite understand and agree upon. I'd found this seatback issue right after I leased and drove the new car home. I texted Kristen, the Sales lady, and mentioned it the same day I leased the car.
