the main thing is- this is the third time i’ve taken my car in to get my air conditioner fixed - when i read the paper i’ve received it stated it was the 2nd which was incorrect - my personal opinion it should of been fixed the very first time - now i’ve been told the part won’t be in until tuesday of next week - i take care of my mother who is 91 years old and i bring in my car in on fridays which is my day off - my personal opinion is this should have been rectified the very first time i brought my car into hyundai - i should not have had to bring it in three times to get it fixed and - inconvenience me and my day to day responsibilities - so i have to rearrange my life to get my car fixed- which should have been fixed the first time - sorry i always thought very highly of hyundai but this really uncalled for - don’t you think? personally the people helping me i don't know their actual titles have been great .

Paul was great, other aspects of the service not so much. The first time we got our car back it has 500 miles added to it and only worked for a day. We brought it back and you had the car for 22 days. When we went to pick it up it was "stuck" behind other cars and took 45 minutes to get it. The vehicle was filthy.
