The staff and service was excellent! However, my 10 am appointment took three and a half hours. I watched my vehicle sit for two hours before the technician even got to it. I am really disappointed that I had to wait that long for a service I had an appointment for.

Mohamed kept me informed and walked me through all the updates when i arrived to pick up my car. He was the one who actually noticed that that brake light warning came back on when I got in my car. He immediately game me my options of getting a loaner car or just waiting for the new part to come in. I appreciate his candidness and assistance.
