It took 3 hours for the tech to inform about other issues with the car. I was only there for a simple oil change. The front window had written on it with a marker and the car was not washed. The tech wanted more time to clean the air filter and patch a tire. This was the worst service I have received for a new car. I hope your service gets better in the future.

I will say that I had a whistling sound around my sunroof at freeway speeds only to find when I returned after my 1st week of ownership only to find out the roof racks had been put on backwards.

My experience with Gary was awesome. He was kind, compassionate and informative. I appreciate the loaner car too! It’s my Hyundai vehicle I have a problem with. I don’t understand why the engine went out. Why there was so many recalls. And I fear if I bought another car. I would be scared of the same problem. I understand the engine is life time, correct?
I have leased five vehicles at Cerritos from Ricardo. He is awesome and I only go back because Ricardo is a professional and not pushy like most like some sales guys.
