I dont want the Technician David contacting me. I brought my car to your dealership because I had a check engine light on, and there were two recalls, and I wanted oil change and tires rotated. The error code for my check engine light was P0705 which indicates the transmission position sensor was having issues. David first informed me I need a new drive belt, front brakes, air filter, and a new taillight assembly. I told him just to do oil change, tires rotated, drive belt, air filter Nd the two recalls. He was not happy I didnt consent to everything he said I needed done. Then I get a text from him indicating I need the taillight assembly, front brakes, drive belt, oil leak, wiper blades, coolant exchange, brake fluid exchange,in cabin air filter and also air filter. First of all, just because I am a female it does not mean I don't understand anything about cars. The taillights have nothing to do.with the transmission. He told me if I dont get the taillight assembly fixed the code wont go away on my car. When i questioned him about the transmission code he said they have to fix the transmission through the taillight assembly. So.far from the truth. I dont have an oil leak, I have newer brakes on my car already, and the fluids are fine. All the work he said I needed adds up to.a out $3400. I dont appreciate someone trying to.rip me off and pushes me to pay for services my car does not require. And the transmission sensor didnt get fixed, so now I have to find another mechanic to fix the transmission sensor that I needed done so I can get my car smogged. And since the technicians did not fix the actual problem the car failed the smog check and I cannot get my registration tags until it passes the smog check. I'm not happy with the treatment and not fixing the original issue for the check engine light. I did my own research on the code and also consulted with my close friends and boyfriend who know all a out cars and they service their own cars. It's sad to think that dealerships are still trying to pull the wool over the eyes of females, and possibly others

The service writer was very good. As I sat for three (3) hours waiting for the work to be completed on my vehicle I watched the service personnel park vehicles in service bays, raise hoods on some, then leave the area for thirty (30) to forty-five (45) minutes. Upon returning some would stay and do some work while others returned with cell phone in hand, stand in the service bay on the phone for five (5) to ten (10) minutes then leave again. When they returned, work was apparently completed because the car was removed and another replaced it 30 minutes later. This was ver disturbing to estimate that the person was at work for 8 hours and maybe worked only 1/2 that time. Customers paying your hourly rate for 10-15 minutes of actual work time and the employee receiving 8 hours of wages for 4 hours of work. What’s wrong with this picture? No work ethics, no integrity, no accountability and no supervision! My service writer was in and out of his cubicle talking to customers, writing orders, working on his computer and advising customers of the progression ( or lack of ) of the work (or lack of ) being done ( or not ) on their vehicle, unbeknownst to him of the actual situation. Good managers are hard to find; bosses are everywhere. :(

I was happy with the service but a little disappointed because they offered to wash my car and it really needed it. But when I picked it up it wasn't washed. Other then that they did everything else they needed to do. Thank you!
