I have nothing but the highest compliments with the service I received. 250 miles from home, pulling a fifth wheel, with no knowledge of a Diesel engine with def exhaust. Everyone I met was extremely courteous and Autumn McKenzie was the essential catalyst that made my unfortunate potential disaster a memorable experience. She was highly informative, highly understanding of my needs, and very accommodating such as providing me with transportation back to the Rv resort where my Fifth Wheel was. I must say that she was highly exemplary of the quality of employee that you would expect the Ford Corporation to employ.
