Autumn, and company are always pleasant and friendly to deal with.
You get straight forward answers and know exactly what to expect from service department.
I am disappointed when I hear you don’t have a technician who can fix a certain problem but you are on the process of training some one.
My only thoughts are that being a Detroit native and having a father who was a life long Ford employee, I was spoiled by having my Ford, Mercury, and Lincoln products serviced within a day of having a problem.
I know those days of service ability are long gone but is is a bit
Disturbing to wait a week or longer to get an oil change
When you could go to a good year store and get 30 minute service.
However Ford family loyalty will prevail.
