First of all I thought taking my truck in to Paradise to fix the problem with my truck would be a the best thing but instead I picked up my truck having now more of an issue. My trucks transmissions temperature would heat to 200 and I know that is a red flag and now it heats to 220 which depletes half the life of my Trans. All Jeff wanted was the #to the company I had warranties with. When knowing that all he needed to do was look up the VIN# which would give him all info about the truck. Big help when your trying to get commission instead of taking care of the issue and me becoming a valued customer.

I stalled again 10 days after picking up my car from you guys. Still stalls the same as before, It seems like I can not drive my car for long distances, around town for 6 hours or more, and about 6 stops along the way. Seems like my car is only good for only for short distances from A to B and thats it.
