Ted Stark was very nice and very responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and we would definitely ask for him again. The only thing I would complain about, which was not Ted’s fault, was the delay in getting my car back because the first radio was damaged and I had to wait for another one. I waited 6 days to get my car back.

I brought my car in for a replacement windshield wiper sensor. To test the repair they had to wet my windshield to make sure it was working properly . I was disappointed that they did not clean the windshield before returning the car to me.
