Curtis was out for the day and Ted ended up helping us with our service. He went out of his way to give me all the details to the progress/status of our car. I was surprised at how attentive he was and how he made our concerns personal to him and got our car fixed and back to us. We are very impressed with the service we received at Paradise Chevrolet. I had an appointment early in the morning for a diagnosis. Didn't get to my car the whole day. I had to call towards the end of the day to find out my car was never serviced and Person wanted to keep my car over the weekend. My car is an older model Cadillac if I am bringing my car to you and willing to pay you for any work done, you should be helping not putting customers at the end of the line.

I was scheduled for an appt in the service dept for diagnose check engine light. Truck is there 2days and was told at least another 2 days plus the Sunday. Unacceptable. Why make an appt. To have my truck in for 5 days and still not able to hook up and diagnose check engine light. Picked my truck up and I will not come back or do business with your dealership. Poor management.
