I would recommend that you stick to the details advertised in your mailed promotions. I received a coupon stating that I would receive a rental while my car was in service. The coupon did not mention that this only applied to bumper‑to‑bumper situations. Because of that, I was expecting a rental so I could continue my errands, but unfortunately I ended up having to wait instead.
That said, the service itself was great, and this would be my only piece of advice moving forward.
