I wouldn’t say completely satisfied. I received a rental from the dealership which was great. My problem is my insurance company covered my rental for 5 days. I received the rental on a Thursday. On Monday, my service tech said he would be out of the office until Wednesday forcing me to rent the vehicle for additional days. I was charged $140 for my rental when I shouldn’t have at all.

John Hernandes has always been great. Also the service quality has been great. The only problem this time was outrageous price googing due to redundant labor charges when having a complete coolant system replaced. I already sent a complaint in that regard. $1620.00 is outrageous for 6.0 hrs.....7:30 to 1:30 which includes a lunch break. I believe this occurs because you accumulate redundant charges when adding individual component costs. $270 / hr is way overpriced.
